Joe came out to the my house this morning and I couldn’t be happier with the way my carpet turned out! The whole process went well from scheduling the service to the finished product! Joe was fast and efficient. The high traffic areas look as clean as the carpet under the furniture! I’ll definitely be calling Home Pride again in the future!

John cleaned four rugs for us while we were having our home remodeled. He was very attentive, personable and professional. He went out of his way to accommodate our special needs and completely answered our questions regarding future care, padding on our floor and best way for us to keep the rugs as clean as possible while in use.

What impressed me most was John Cunningham's knowledge of cleaning various fabrics and how much care he took in cleaning. I didn't feel like he was one of those cleaners who cranked dozens of rugs through some cleaning process at the same time. I would recommend that anyone take advantage of the discount for cleaning more than one rug. If you have quite a few, I'd suggest you ask John about it. He might even do better.

After coming to my home, John Cunningham and his partner, came to my home, looked at the rugs, and gave me an estimate that was reasonable. The rugs are off white North African Berbers which have not been cleaned for years. They explained the process of cleaning the rugs and advised of the time span needed to get the job done. I have not seen the rugs yet since I asked them to store them for a couple of weeks (dog sitting). They reported to me that the rugs turned out beautifully. John and his partner are professional, thorough with a special personal touch. In addition they are a small business owner who need to be supported. Will report on the results of the cleaning when I get the rugs back.
Follow up: The rugs came back looking like new. I am ecstatic! The best rug service I have ever had. The team explained the cleaning steps once more and also left information and a bottle of cleaning solution for spot cleaning - previous rug cleaning companies did not offer these little extras.
